Please Remove/Delete the JCRing application you are using before performing the following steps below

Download Signsbeat Mobile Application
Through your respective application store, download the Signsbeat mobile application. You may use the respective links : here (iOS) or here (android APK) .

Allow Bluetooth Connection
This step is necessary to "allow" bluetooth connection for the application to communicate with your ring device.

Sign In
Sign In using your previous Signsbeat account credentials. You can reset your password anytime if you forget your password.

Bind & Pair your Ring
Tap on Ring from the footer of the page,
Select Pair
Select on the ring from the list of searched device

Ensure Sync is successful before closing the app
Head back to Today and ensure that the ring syncing progress is successful
Now that you have installed Signsbeat application, you can just sync with Signsbeat everyday upon waking up for your longevity index score
